Assignment for up to 32 weeks.  LPN for LTAC : A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Will work 80H biweekly, with the way scheduling is done may not be exactly 5 shifts per week. No call, no self-scheduling but may pick up shifts. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements :
