Staff NPI Manager In Mobile & Client Business Unit

As Staff NPI Manager in Mobile & Client Business Unit, you will contribute to the successful launch of the next generation of memory & storage solutions. You will be responsible for providing the outstanding product launch support through partnership with global engineering, product & manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of industry-leading products! Responsibilities will include :

  • Develop Customer NPI Sample Forecast plan with Product Manager / Customer Teams
  • Implement NPI Sample plan for successful product ramps
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams to align NPI Sample plans & Execution
  • Lead shipping restrictions (CCR / GCSRs) for site / substrate changes and FW restrictions
  • Supervise product changes, transitions, and end-of-life communications (PCNs)
  • Maintain Marketing Part Number Decoders and Product SKU / Status Guides
  • Handle part number creation, maintenance, and consolidation

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor or related industry
  • Strong Bias for Action & Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities across geo-locations
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Business, Engineering or related
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Proven track record thriving in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
