Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to :
Clean and sanitize all restrooms, locker rooms and showersSweep, mop and vacuum floors throughout the clubhouse and facilities including the elevator, stairways and landingsEmpty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of trash in dumpstersDust and wipe down furniture and fixturesWash windowsReplenish supplies such as soap, paper towels and toilet paperMaintain cleanliness in dining rooms, lounges and bar areas between eventsRespond promptly to spills or accidents to ensure safetyFollow cleaning schedules and safety proceduresReports any damage or maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager.Lock and unlock assigned buildings; secure buildings when facilities are not in use; check for unlocked doors and windows and turn off lights.Polish glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment and door handles.Clean walls throughout the clubhouse as necessary.Conducts deep-cleaning projects.Clean and sanitize all restrooms on the golf courseFold and stock towels throughout the clubhousePlace dirty linen in bags and appropriate bin for pick-up by linen serviceComplete other tasks as requested by the Facility ManagerWhat You Need For This Position
Availability to work Monday - Friday with an early start (5am roughly)Prior custodial experience in a hospitality or country club a plusExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessAble to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or moreAble to stoop and bendOccasionally able to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to operate basic cleaning equipmentAble to safely work with cleaning chemicalsAble to comply with safety and health code standardsAble to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasksTop Reasons To Work With GHG
