Fiscal Officer

The Farrell Area School Dist. is seeking a Fiscal Officer .

This person manages all payroll and human resource functions within the school district. A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of PA school business operations is required.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and internal district policies while providing outstanding support to employees and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, knowledge of payroll regulations, and maintaining confidentiality are a must. Strong knowledge of PSERS reporting, CSIU software, monthly and quarterly business office reporting, and public school accounting is a plus.

The potential candidate will report directly to the Business Manager.
