Warehouse Reclamation Associate

Monday through Friday @ 6 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $18.50

Position Summary :

T h e Warehouse Reclamation Associate will process damages daily, repackaging product when possible, into saleable units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of CBW Operations and flow.
• Process damaged product daily
• Record details of each (warehouse damage sheet)
• Repair and consolidate into saleable units where possible and return to inventory
• Report associated metrics and trends
• Research and resolve products that are not in putaway, replenish, pick, or return status
• Suggest process improvement to reduce damage 'stream'
• Ability to research products in CBW WMS and ERP databases.
• Ability to drive, or willingness to learn, powered industrial equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jack, reach truck, scissor lift, and cherry picker.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience preferred
• Distribution industry experience a plus.
