Summary
CHS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and business partner in our corporate FP&A department. This position will support the annual enterprise budget and forecast processes, executive and Board reporting and analysis, and business transformation. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner for product line FP&A
- Communicate regularly with product line FP&A teams regarding financial results
- Provide financial guidance and support to product lines
- Track and report progress against KPIs
- Support development of financial reports within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Serve as a trusted business partner demonstrating a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and key drivers of performance
- Champion innovation and transformation across the organization to gain commitment
Support the budget and forecast processes as well as executive and Board level reporting for the CHS enterprise
Partner with Finance leaders to consolidate business results into the CHS enterprise forecast, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and in accordance with the FP&A calendarWork with function FP&A to ensure all budget requirements and timelines are metMonitor internal controls and overall infrastructure are in place to measure and understand enterprise results relative to action plans and milestonesTrack, report, and explain variances to budgetReport KPIs in a standard and consistent formatSupport budgeting and forecasting for enterprise CHS, ensuring costs and revenues are correctly captured and budgeted holistically and comprehensivelySupport that transition of budgeting and forecasting under the new product line reporting structure in FY26Support questions and issues when loading budget and forecast to SAC Cloud PlanningIdentify opportunities to simplify and streamline our forecast and budgeting processesProvide analysis and ad hoc support to Finance leadership in support of Board meeting preparationProvide recurring Key Financial Metric reporting
Support creation of finance KPI dashboardsAutomate monthly reporting and dashboards through current systemsDevelop updated key financial metric reporting for FY26 under new product line P&L structureMinimum Qualifications (required)
Undergraduate degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 4 years related financial management experience including strategic and business planning, accounting, and financial analysisExperience with SAC Cloud Planning or Similar Planning ModuleExperience supporting finance across business and functional boundariesAdditional Qualifications
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systemExperience developing system-based reporting using SAP or similar product suiteMBA / CPA / CMAPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
