Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildouts. Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$50M. Background with general contracting in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic region.
Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing complex hospital, medical office, and healthcare renovation projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.
- Promote a culture of job-site safety and quality craftsmanship.
