The Ideal Candidate :

• Experience : A minimum of two to four years of gynecologic surgery experience.
• Diagnostic Skills : Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions and improve patient outcomes, including endometriosis, leiomyomas, and adnexal masses.
• Surgical Expertise : Must be able to prevent, recognize, and manage potential surgical complications derived from gynecologic surgeries.
• Competency : Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
• Patient-Centered Approach : Exhibit a patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in Population Health Management : Display an interest in population health management.

Essential Procedures and Responsibilities :

Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results. Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Perform hysterectomies and myomectomies for benign conditions, open and minimally invasive.

Communicate effectively and cordially with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care.
