As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. • Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair.
• Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes
• Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment.
• Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines.
• Communicate with clients and account managers in a professional manner.
