Production Associate I What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate at Cadence, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing critical medical devices that improve patient outcomes .
You will :
Perform manual assembly on a production line.
Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records.
Handle light packaging of products.
Work in an enclosed Class 7 cleanroom and a temperature-controlled environment.

No weekend work : Hiring for both 1st shift Mon–Thu 6 : 00am–4 : 30pm and 2nd shift Mon–Thu 4 : 30pm–3 : 00am (10% shift differential). Occasional Friday morning overtime.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and follow process documents.
Comfortable in a procedure-driven, fast-paced environment.
Adhere to required PPE and cleanroom standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
Basic math and computer skills.
Assembly / manufacturing experience, especially in cleanroom settings, is a plus.
