Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Counsel, Guest Product.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice throughout the product development lifecycle, focusing on the Guest suite of products

Offer strategic legal guidance on the development and operation of AI / ML systems and features

Advise on complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations and data privacy laws

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent, with the ability to practice law in the jurisdiction

5+ years of legal experience in tech, covering regulatory compliance, data privacy, and consumer protection

Expertise in interpreting complex laws and regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to manage multiple legal challenges independently

Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to legal risk management
