We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our client's team at a growing investment firm. This role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, overseeing consolidated reporting across multiple entities, and supporting leadership with forward-looking analysis and insights.

OVERVIEW OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE ROLE :

• Lead the finance function across six business entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in consolidated financial reporting.
• Build, enhance, and maintain advanced Excel financial models for forecasting, projections, and scenario planning.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting, providing strategic analysis to guide decision-making.
• Oversee the Controller and accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to best practices.
• Leverage tools such as DataRails, Tableau, and Fathom (upcoming implementation) to streamline financial reporting and analytics.
• Manage QuickBooks Online accounting platform, ensuring clean financial data and integration with reporting systems.
• Partner with executive leadership on M&A activity, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.
• Present clear and insightful financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency, and modernize finance processes.
