Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Rust Solana Engineer - this is a fully remote role for US or Europe candidates (if they can overlap with EST timezone).

Our mission is to democratize access to opportunity. Since launching in April 2025, creators have already generated over $50 million to bring their visions to life using us.

We optimize for talent density over headcount (we will not exceed a team size of 10 for as long as possible)

We are already highly profitable (we will likely never raise venture capital money)

We intend to bring fast liquidity for team members via coin ownership (legacy stock option system is dying)

About you :

Strong proficiency in Rust , particularly in the context of blockchain development.

Deep experience with Solana

Passion for clean code, testing, and documentation.

Comfortable working in a remote, async-first team.

You live to build, you do not build to live

You can balance perfection and shipping fast

You are available to grind 80 hour weeks as needed
