We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our finished goods warehouse operations. This role is essential to keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently to meet customer demand. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do :
Keep the warehouse organized, with products properly grouped, labeled, and rotated
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with accuracy
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient picking, storage, and transfer of finished goods
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support operational decisions
Support rework processing, tracking, and documentation as needed
Drive space optimization and consolidation efforts
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree / certification in logistics a plus)
2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience
Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures a plus
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions

Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
