Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the transition from Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Planner within the Pharma Regulatory Affairs division.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional leads for the transition project

Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows

Assess current-state processes and design optimized future-state processes using Microsoft Planner

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise environments, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceuticals

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Planner, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Strong understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) processes and best practices

Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and manage process and technology changes

Experience in supporting Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or Quality functions is highly desirable
