Associate Attorney - Toxic Tort / Personal Injury (1-3 yrs)

Position : Trial Attorney (Litigation Associate) – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury

Location : St. Louis, MO (On-Site)

Compensation : $80,000 – $95,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonuses + full benefits (expected Year 1 $100K+)

A leading St. Louis plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its nationally recognized trial team. This is not a “back-office” role—you’ll manage your own docket of personal injury cases and gain real courtroom experience early in your career.

Responsibilities :

Litigate a docket of personal injury cases from filing through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Manage discovery, including depositions

Appear in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Negotiate with defense counsel to secure strong outcomes for clients

Ideal Candidate :

Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Illinois license a plus)

1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense preferred)

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Resilient, driven, and passionate about client advocacy
