The Signature Success Plans Sales team is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth for emerging products. As the Signature Success Solution Engineer (SE) , you will support the Salesforce License and Signature Success plans sales teams in executing our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy , contributing to the success of Salesforce’s fastest‑growing offering – Signature Success Plans , which deliver a proactive and personalized customer success experience.
As the Signature Success plan SE , you will collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth, provide subject‑matter expertise, and increase attach rates. Working closely with the field sales team in a customer‑facing role, you will develop compelling use cases that demonstrate how Signature Success meets customers’ business requirements.
You will be a key member of the pursuit team , responsible for ensuring inclusion of Signature Success in selective sales opportunities and renewals. This sales role holds you accountable for achieving Signature Success targets, revenue growth, and other key objectives outlined in your V2MOM.

In the United States, the base salary hiring range for this position is $195,230 to $261,170 for New York‑based, California‑based, and Illinois‑based roles. Incentive compensation, equity, and benefits may also be applicable.
