The Role : Shifts : Work a manageable schedule with shifts ranging from 3 to 10 days in a row (because we all know consistency is key, but flexibility is your secret weapon). Team : You ll be supported by up to 5 providers per shift, so you re never flying solo. Responsibilities : Admissions, Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls, and codes. Don t worry our support staff is so good, it ll feel like you ve got a whole crew of superheroes behind you. Procedures : Optional (but if you re into that, we won t stop you). Workload : Balanced. No burnout here. Just solid care and solid colleagues. Compensation : Competitive base salary starting at $270K for those with 0-2 years of experience. Requirements : MD or DO Valid NYS Medical License Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (your qualifications are what we re looking for, but a good sense of humor wouldn t hurt).
