What You'll Do :

• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations to maintain secure, compliant operations.
• Design and optimize notification templates, workflows, task lists, groups, and rules for effective incident response and drills.
• Lead integrations with business systems, monitor performance, and proactively troubleshoot issues for 99.9% uptime.
• Serve as the key liaison with stakeholders, Everbridge support, and cross-functional / global teams to align on governance, change management, and roadmap execution.
• Deliver training, onboarding, and documentation while verifying data integrity and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
