License, Certification, Registration

Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Basic Life Support

Current California Drivers License and a clear driving record for the past two years. Proof of automobile insurance as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
