The Air Defense Ground Equipment Mechanical Design Department is actively seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical Engineer II to join our dynamic Ground Equipment Design Team. In this integral role, you will contribute to the mechanical design, development, and integration of mission-critical defense platform systems, including radar and communications shelters, electronic subsystems, and launchers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design & Development :

Troubleshoot and resolve change requests from manufacturing or suppliers.

Engage closely with engineering disciplines, non-technical teams, and suppliers to create effective design solutions.

Basic Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with electronic packaging design and interconnects.

Proficient with Creo CAD tools and Windchill PDM systems.

A proactive team player with excellent multitasking abilities.
