Job descriptionWork in a 22-bed stepdown / intermediate care unit in a hospital setting Schedule consists of 3x12 hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required Must take call as required Floating may be required within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals as needed Cerner Powerchart EMR experience required Up to 8 hours of mandatory online modules to be completed within 1 week of signing, preferably pre-start Scrub color is Caribbean Blue Conduct expectations are strictly enforced, and issues may result in immediate contract termination Maximum of 10 days requested time off (RTO); if RTO overlaps holidays, must work at least 1 of the 3 holidays during assignment Active MI RN license required Minimum 2 years of RN experience in stepdown or intermediate care Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required CPI certification preferred Cerner EMR experience required for consideration First-time travelers are accepted Travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility Candidates who were previously employed by the system must have a 3-year gap before returning as a traveler High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
