Key Responsibilities
Create and manage underwriting materials and ensure timely updates to policies
Develop and deliver training programs for underwriting staff and monitor pre-funding defects
Coordinate credit standards with operations and assist in developing tools for underwriting efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 - 3 years of underwriting experience
Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting and credit policy
Ability to manage multiple updates and coordinate across departments
Familiarity with investor guidelines and regulatory frameworks
Must pass a criminal history background check
