As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or hospital environment.
• Proficient in HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Availability to start immediately for full-time employment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
