About the Role :
The CT Imaging Technologist will conduct CT scans while ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality imaging. Responsibilities include preparing both patients and equipment for exams, gathering patient history, explaining procedures, and administering contrast via IV.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform CT exams timely according to established protocols.Prepare imaging trays and administer contrast using a power injector.Complete required documentation and ensure all scheduled exams are performed.Participate in after-hours on-call shifts as needed.Maintain current licenses and certifications.Demonstrate understanding of patient care across various age groups.Assist with additional duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.Current ARRT certification with advanced registry or registry eligible with advanced CT certification within one year of hire.Preferred one year of post-graduate experience.BLS certification is required.TriStar Southern Hills has a proud history of serving the community with a broad range of healthcare services including emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation.
