POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits withdrawals loan payments cashiers checks and cash advances. Balances each days transactions and verifies cash and check totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required including the Live Teller Center. Responsible for providing real time teller assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Interactive Video tellers must be comfortable and proficient with technology devices and services and able to effectively communicate with members through video in a professional member-engaging manner. Performs most complex Teller functions as needed. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
STOOPING : Bending downward and forward at the waist. Requires full use of lower extremities and back muscles.
STANDING : For prolonged periods of time on busy lobby days. On a regular basis stands about 80% of working time.
WALKING : Especially for long distances.
FINGER DEXTERITY : Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing picking up small objects or pinching fingers together.
GRASPING : Using fingers and palm on an object.
FEELING : Perceiving sensual characteristics of objects including size shape texture temperature etc. through touch.
TALKING : Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately loudly or quickly.
REPETITIVE MOTIONS : Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists hands and / or fingers.
AVERAGE HEARING : Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES : Average ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH : Light work. Exerts up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Lifts up to 10-15 lbs. frequently.
