Internship Details :
Dates : June 1 August 7 2026
Schedule : Full-time 40 hours / week (MondayFriday)
Pay : $14 / hour
Location : Headquarters Office in Memphis TN

Qualifications :
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college / university or May 2026 graduate

Focus Area :
The Portfolio Data Management team is responsible for providing a Menu of Services and Relational revenue processing to support in partnership with Relational frontline fundraisers. The team proactively works to ensure all efforts related to portfolio management and data hygiene are accurately reflected in DMS and aids fundraisers helps navigate initiatives and efforts as it relates to the discovery cultivation solicitation and stewardship of assigned donors utilizing good judgment and relational skills. This team also is also responsible for providing excellent service to donors through various communication channels including inbound / outbound phone calls and / or e-mails chat text etc. using in-depth knowledge of fundraising programs and giving vehicles to deliver excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include :
Responsible for servicing donors through various channels (including but not limited to phone email chat text and social media) with individuals businesses and organizations for fundraising efforts.
Maintains relationships and provides support to donors through various communication channels including inbound / outbound phone calls and / or e-mails chat text etc.
Responsible for basic DMS support by ensuring donor data is entered and maintained accurately to support the achievement of business objectives to strengthen the fundraising efforts of St. Jude in an impactful way.
Will assist with donation processing tax receipts letters and acknowledgements.
Coordinates operational initiatives activities and assists with projects such as but not limited to DMS data clean up and Training Guide Creation in collaboration of the Gift Administration Coordinator team.
Majors preferred : Business Administration Marketing Sales Non-Profit Hospitality Management
Skills preferred : Excel account management client services customer services
