Full-time Night
Schedule : 3x12, rotating weekends

How You'll Contribute

Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting)

Provide support for patient monitoring and documentation

Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective care

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment

Complete training and orientation with preceptor guidance (7-10 shifts)

What We're Looking For

Certified Nursing Assistant, Tennessee license required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

American Heart Association BLS required

Experience : New grads welcome; no prior long-term care or EMR experience required

Qualities : Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset

Unit Information

Average Census : 60 patients daily

Nurse to Patient Ratios : CNA 1 : 10 (days) | CNA 1 : 20 (nights)

Bed Count : 88

Acuity : High

Average Length of Stay : 15 days

Support Staff : Primarily CNAs

Orientation : 7-10 shifts with preceptor support
