Job Description :

Madison Capital Investments, DBA Aaron's Rent to Own, is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Rent to Own industry. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour with the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Assist customers in selecting rent-to-own products that best fit their needs
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and guidance to team members
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry trends
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
