Overview
Service Desk Engineer – L1 / L2 – Charlotte ONSITE
This role is supporting external clients via phone and on site for Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange and O365. An understanding of LAN / WAN connectivity, previous work with firewalls, routers and basic security is needed. Tools such as IT Glue, Connectwise, and Labtech are a big plus.
Qualifications
- Certifications are ideal : MCP, MCSE, MCSA, etc.
Compensation
Target Salary : $45-65k + Benefits
