Job Description
Pulsar is looking for a full-time Global Supply Chain Specialist to join our team! This role plays a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of our innovative product portfolio to key customers. You will be responsible for managing the end- to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, vendor communications, pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and payments. This exciting position offers a salary range from $55,000–$65,000 annually, with plenty of opportunities to grow in a supportive and engaging culture. Regular hours are Monday – Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm. Some night and weekend work will be required based on project needs and deadlines. We are conveniently located in downtown Cleveland’s Tyler Village.

Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic manufacturers, acting as the main liaison for overseas suppliers. Communicate effectively and respectfully with non-English speaking / ESL partners
- Successfully manage 20-35 active projects simultaneously; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Plan, manage, and lead project-related meetings, presentations, and status updates for internal stakeholders, ensuring collaboration with key team members to achieve project goals.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers, materials, and products to expand our global network.
- Negotiate pricing and specifications with factories, often handling up to 20 specs simultaneously.
- Enter and manage data in platforms such as Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and Monday.com to maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, project data, and milestones.
- Invoice customers and follow up on past-due accounts as needed.
- Ensure product quality exceeds expectations by facilitating effective testing and quality control measures.
- Continuously improve processes, procedures, and systems that support sales, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain operations. Develop and enhance project management strategies and processes.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, or global supply preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of experience in global sourcing, supplier management, or international supply chain operations required.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and respectfully interact with U.S.-based and international partners, including non-English-speaking / ESL contacts.Solid analytical skills to request pricing, review specifications, and manage accounts receivable processes.Proficiency with business tools and software, including Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and project management platforms such as Monday.com preferred.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all supply chain processes; able to follow granular processes and ensure critical steps are completed correctly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and track detailed supply chain activities.Comfortable handling a mix of strategic responsibilities and repetitive, detail-oriented data entry tasks.Experience in managing multiple tasks and timelines with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.A self-starter comfortable working within a fast-paced, team environment.Ability to process information quickly and relay concise action items to the appropriate team members.Creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.Why You Will Enjoy Working at Pulsar :
