Supplier Sourcing Program Manager 4

Interfaces with development and supplier stakeholders to provide materials and components for company product supply chain. Lead and coordinate key sourcing work streams across Oracle stakeholders, sourcing and suppliers.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading cross-line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Creating and implementing supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Providing balanced judgment and demonstrating problem-solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations.
• Creating an environment that allows for exploration and deployment of new ideas.
• Mentoring and providing leadership to other colleagues.
• Setting an example of agility and adaptability.
• Building constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers.
• Acting as the primary interface in the management of the supplier relationships.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
