We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to expand our sales team and generate sales through cold calling. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers to promote our products. To succeed in this role, you must be friendly, persuasive, knowledgeable, and consistent. The goal is to drive business growth by expanding our company’s client base.
Position Details :
- Full-Time : 40 hours / week, Monday through Friday
- Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Location : On-site in Long Beach, CA
- Overtime : Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs
- Attendance : in person consistent attendance is expected
Primary Responsibilities :
Contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and text to introduce our products and schedule demos with key decision-makers.Review existing or past leads to identify new opportunities.Use scripts to communicate product features, pricing, and benefits.Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and pain points.Actively listen and document required information in the CRM.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues using clear and simple language.Meet performance goals in activity, accuracy, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance.Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies.Use various computer and phone operating systems with ease.Demonstrate patience and support for users with varying levels of technical experience.Participate in special projects and system testing as needed.Requirements :
Prefer 2 years experience in sales or hunting telemarketing in cold calling, and prospectingCapable of completing 50+ sales activities per day through strategic planning and determination.Knowledge or experience in the SaaS sales environment preferred.Experience or understanding of the automotive industry strongly preferred.High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.Strong computer and Windows PC skills, including fast and accurate typing and navigation.Ability to multitask and understand multiple products and benefit structures.Availability for a consistent work schedule during business hours, including scheduled breaks, and flexibility for overtime or weekends if needed.Bonus Skills :
Experience in SaaS, preferably within a SaaS company.Prior experience as a Business Development Manager, inside sales representative or hunting telemarketer.Familiarity with GoTo Meeting and Zoho CRM.About DealerSync :
