Your Role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) :

Provide occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist

Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills

Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements : What We're Looking For :

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with licensure in Massachusetts

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required
