Job Overview :

As an Accounting Specialist, you will handle a wide range of accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day financial operations. The Accounting Specialist will work closely with leadership to support reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

Prepare reports for management and auditors

Maintain accuracy of the general ledger

Qualifications Desired :

2+ years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP principles

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
