• Outside Roofing Sales Rep / Boise, ID - UNCAPPED COMMISSION

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to assess roofing needs, provide professional estimates, and guide customers through the sales process with honesty and care. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, reliable, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager in Utah to grow Boise territory. You'll be on the ground floor as you grow this high demand. UNCAPPED COMMISSION. Company highly respected in business several decades and expanding into 8 western states.

Work warm leads AND generate your own through face-to-face outreach

Willingness to inspect a roof and measure

Type bids within a reasonable amount of time and send them to the customer and follow up as needed

Provide clean paperwork to Operations to get roofing jobs scheduled quickly

Own the roofing jobs from initial lead to installation, with cross team support every step of the way

Ensure necessary documentation is in order for the roofing jobs

Abide by all sales policies and guidelines in a professional and productive manner as set forth by the company

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Negotiation skills

Proven track record in sales

B2B and / or B2C sales experience - residential clients

Outgoing personality not afraid to start a conversation or knock a door

Coachable attitude well train you, just bring the work ethic

Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset

A willingness to be proactive and search for new leads

Comfortable working evenings / weekends when needed and traveling across multiple job sites

Valid Utah drivers license required. Company vehicle provided

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug pre-employment screen

At least 2-5 years of door-to-door sales, residential roofing sales experience or roofing sales / installation experience in an adjacent field

Outside sales expertise

$50,400 base with draw against commission, (first several months paid) then position is straight commission -

Position reports to Director of Sales, Salt Lake City, UT, Will come into SLC monthly; Direct or Sales comes to Boise monthly. Corporate sales and marketing training available

Qualifications : At least 2-5 years of door-to-door sales, residential roofing sales experience or roofing sales / installation experience
