Web / UI Designer (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize digital experiences that guide users across key touchpoints, from acquisition to conversion. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, partnering closely with developers, marketing, and analytics teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines creative design skills with a strong understanding of conversion optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards. You will produce high-velocity test designs, evolve component libraries, and contribute to scalable design workflows that impact user engagement and growth. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and creating data-driven digital experiences.

Accountabilities :

• Design and iterate on web modules, landing pages, and page components with a focus on performance and conversion.
• Develop high-velocity test designs, producing multiple A / B test variants weekly and landing page variants monthly.
• Build and maintain component libraries to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs while ensuring quality, accessibility, and compliance.
• Partner with analytics, growth, and marketing teams to design experiments and optimize user journeys.
• Support performance optimization efforts, including responsive design, load times, and image compression.
• Contribute to the evolution of scalable design workflows and processes within the design pod.
