Join Our Team as a Heart Failure and Transplant Physician!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the lives of patients with advanced heart conditions? At Intermountain Health , we are seeking a dedicated Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist to join our team at Utah Valley Hospital . Here, you will provide specialized care, including ECMO and VAD cases, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers.

Why This Role Matters

As a Heart Failure Cardiologist, you will be at the forefront of patient-centered care, working closely with a team of 40 cardiology physicians and APPs. Your expertise will help us develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient, enhancing their experience and improving outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Heart Failure program at Utah Valley Hospital, focusing on ECMO and VAD patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Work a 5-day week with the support of 2 APPs.
• Share call responsibilities with another group as the program grows.
