The Loan Operations Specialist 1 position will report directly to the Loan Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include assisting the loan operations staff with various administrative and organizational tasks. In addition, this position will ensure that all loans adhere to the guidelines of the financial institution and state and federal regulations. Other duties covered by this position include assisting customers with loan questions, payments and payoffs, and Fiserv updates. This position will primarily work from our Grimes branch but may be asked to work from other locations as needed.

EDUCATION AND PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
High school degree or equivalent and one to three years’ experience in a role in the financial industry required. This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
