Job description

Kaukauna Direct Support Professionals, also known as Kaukauna Caregivers, now starting between $16 - $17 per hour!

About Agape of Appleton :

  • A non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities Program : This is a fast-paced all handicap accessible single-story 8 bed coed home.
  • Some of our participants are non-verbal and express themselves in different ways.
  • The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience using durable medical equipment to support our participant's physical needs and someone who thrives in a task-oriented environment.
  • Our participants are fun to be around and very sweet.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license. (To go on daily outings.) Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
  • A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
