Senior Director of Compliance

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technology Compliance to lead its IT compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the enterprise-wide strategy for IT compliance, aligning with business objectives and regulatory trends

Serve as the subject matter expert for IT-related regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders

Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of IT General Controls and manage internal and external IT audits

Required Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience with 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years in leadership roles

Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS

Proven leadership experience in building compliance programs within large organizations

Extensive experience in managing audit cycles and IT risk assessment methodologies

Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP is preferred
