Opportunity Details

• Currently seeking providers to provide care in St. Charles, Eureka, St. Louis Hills, Towne and Country, and Clayton, MO
• Physicians round on patients in Long Term Acute Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Work Monday through Friday with some flexibility
• $250K compensation+ bonus potential based on revenue associated with APP collaboration.
• Full benefits including health insurance, 401-K with match, vacation, etc
• Physicians may be BC / BE in IM, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
