Our Opportunity : The HR Systems & Solutions team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Service Delivery Optimization (SDO) team! In this role, we are looking for someone who will lead complex, multi-functional programs that drive process improvement, optimize HR service delivery, and integrate technology solutions into scalable business operations.
You will partner with leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to align service delivery needs with enterprise strategies while ensuring program governance, organizational alignment, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader, with deep expertise in HR technology (including Workday), program management, and service delivery optimization.
This is a highly visible position that calls for creativity, analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and the skill to persuade individuals at every level of the company. We are looking for an individual that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity with confidence, and drive measurable outcomes that improve the employee and customer experience!
What you'll do :
Analyze processes and implement simplification, efficiency, and engagement improvements
Define clear problem statements, program objectives, success criteria, and project landmarks
Serve as the central point of communication and reporting for program health, risks, and progress
Monitor equitable allocation of resources across OP1 priorities, business-as-usual (BAU), and ad-hoc initiatives

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$129,500-$207,000 USD
