Job descriptionDuration : Approximately 12 weeks (January through April) Hours : 3240 hours per week Compensation : 24 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonus opportunities Training : Candidates must be willing to attend training sessions prior to the commencement of tax season. Supervising and training seasonal staff Preparing tax returns Managing office communications (phone, email, in-person) Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment Monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies Coordinating daily operations and multitasking effectively Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in office management or supervisory roles preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to attend training sessions prior to the tax season Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Supportive team environment with growth potential Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry
