Overview

As the Operations Senior Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will perform complex tasks independently and complete assigned tasks on time and to a satisfactory or better standard. You will be expected to provide guidance and oversight to contractors at the junior and mid levels.

This is a contingent position based on award / funding from the customer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software
• Identify business problems or program objectives that can be addressed through data analysis
• Deliver oral presentations and written results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to programs
• Analyze processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations and decrease time and cost spent on efforts
• Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules
• Interpret and analyze policies, rules, regulations, or laws to organizations, government officials, and employees
• Meet with others to assist in establishing organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives, as well as providing recommendations to the government concerning personnel, resources, and levels of support
• Propose and review modifications to project plans and processes
