Schedule : Full Time Shift : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Location :

The role you'll contribute :

• The Physical Therapist Assistant implements the treatment plan developed and supervised by the Physical Therapist in a professional manner and within department standards, adhering to the corporate compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies.
• Observes, records and reports to physician any untoward reactions to treatment.
• Instructs and supervises family members to provide continuous therapy and home treatment plan.
• Maintains open communication with case manager.
• Submits daily log and charge sheets to Home Health office.
• Maintains communication with scheduler regarding caseload limitations.
• Participates in case conferences.
• Maintains open communication with primary Therapist.
• Possesses excellent time management skills.
• Meets agencys expectations regarding productivity.
• Provides in-service training to staff as requested.
