The Central Services Intercompany Accounting Team Lead is a critical member of the Finance Operations group. This role is responsible for overseeing operational procedures related to intercompany accounting, including management of sub-ledger accounts, dispute resolution, inbound and outbound invoice processing, month-end close activities, reporting and master data maintenance.
The Team Lead must work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with local and global business partners in Finance, Controlling, General Accounting, Aftermarket, and other areas to research and resolve operational and reporting issues while ensuring best practices are applied.
Additional responsibilities include supporting IC team members and the Accenture (Shared Service team) offshore intercompany support team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalating issues or exceptions to Finance Operations management.
This leadership role requires an engaged, collaborative team player who values our culture and demonstrates strong commitment to operational excellence and team development.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience
