Pay Rate : $22 / HR
Job Summary :
The Inbound Team Lead is responsible for providing direction, guidance and support to all Inbound Crew Members to receive, process and prepare finished goods for storage within the DC. The Inbound Team Lead is also responsible for meeting all safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cultural expectations assigned to the Inbound Department daily. This role directly contributes to the achievement of functional excellence through continuous improvement methodologies within the Distribution Center.
Essential Job Functions :
Minimum Qualifications Required :
Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience : Minimum 1 year of Distribution related experience with demonstrated leadership skills required
Skills :
Communication Skills : This position requires the ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing to Distribution leadership team and hourly workforce
Mathematical Skills : Mathematical skills include the use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and the division of numbers including decimals and fractions. This position requires the simple use, checking, and interpretation of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, reports, forms, records and comparable data.
Reasoning Ability : This position must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where some standardization exists. This position requires the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
