The strategic planning lead is a leadership role responsible for driving prioritization and strategic alignment across the consumer bank within CBB. This leader will set direction aligning to strategic priorities and oversee the continued development and refinement of the prioritization and intake process that guides enterprise decision-making and investment allocation for the consumer bank. This role leads a team of strategic planning professionals and partners closely with executive leadership, product, digital, branch, finance and operations teams to ensure priorities reflect business strategy, customer needs and return on investment. The strategic planning lead will create and maintain an integrated roadmap that connects strategic initiatives, resourcing, and performance outcomes enabling clear, data-driven decisions that advance the bank's long-term goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with exceptional influence skills that thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. This individual demonstrates a proven ability to build consensus, foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, and translate complex information into actionable plans that drive results.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $149,515.00 - $175,900.00.
