Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Location : Seaside, Oregon

Schedule : 0.9 FTE (3x 12-hour shifts / week, 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM), rotating weekends

Pay : $56 - $77 / hr based on experience

Bonus : $8,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance for eligible external hires

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a small, highly specialized ICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to ensure safe, personalized care
• Respond to rapidly changing conditions with confidence, clinical judgment, and compassion
• Uphold nursing best practices and contribute to a supportive, empowered care environment
